Through TCAP, Keep It Colorado regranted $1 million in GOCO funds to land trusts to help landowners cover conservation easement transaction costs. By reducing financial barriers for landowners, the program helped conserve 25,342 acres of land that were at risk of being subdivided or converted for other uses. Instead, they will continue to host critical wildlife habitat, support local food systems, and safeguard natural resources and places of historic and cultural significance.
