Thomas Lee is as an executive managing director with Newmark. As a professional with 36 years of commercial real estate experience, Tom has significant expertise in all aspects of landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, build-to-suit and ground-up development and land sales. Throughout his career, he has completed lease transactions representing over 15.0 million square feet in the Denver region, including ground-up development project experience totaling 25 different buildings and over 6 million square feet. 

Tom is a 4th generation Coloradan who is passionate about our state's parks, open space, and trail systems and looks forward to contributing his experience and expertise to protect and enhance Colorado's treasures.
